We are now allowing rental of both or each unit on an individual basis.  


Pricing for 2012

$1,750.00 / week for both the Main House
which has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and the Guest
House which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Sleeps
two families nicely. Room for 8 - 10 people.

*** $500.00 returnable security deposit due upon
booking to reserve your week. ***

Rental Fee due in full 60 days prior to stay.

$200.00 per week Pontoon Rental

$100.00 Pet Fee. (Pet cleanup and any
damages deducted from security deposit)

Rental Week is Saturday arrival at 3 pm to
the next Saturday with departure at 9 am.
